Colour Guide

As a recycled product, our goal is to create a durable product with the highest possible quotient of recycled material (85% or higher guaranteed).

While we strive for consistency in quality, due to the nature of our process and our recycled-material targets, our colour does vary from product to product, batch to batch. To increase colour control would require the introduction of more virgin material, lowering the recycled percentage.

Colour samples are for illustrative purposes only. The swatches are an indicative guide of the colour we strive for and can print or appear differently on screen.

We appreciate colour consistency may be of high value to you or your business. If so, please be sure to discuss with our team to ensure we can meet your needs or are within your tolerances.

Replas’ recycled-plastic profiles are available in a range of colours, widths and lengths and two shapes: rectangular or square. Ask your sales representative about safe span distances for the recycled-plastic profiles you have selected, as this may vary. It is especially suitable for marine environments as salt water will not corrode the material, even when submerged. It will not split, rot, crack or ever need painting.

Installation is easy due to the consistency and uniformity of Enduroplank™. Securing the planks to your supporting structure is simple - we recommend pre-drilling and counter sinking. It is not recommended that Enduroplank™ be laid longitudinally, due to expansion, contraction and slip resistance issues.

A traditional design commonly used in coastal areas. Featuring a diamond rails sitting atop 125mm bollard posts, and braced with a saddle, this adaptation is a decorative alternative. Arris Fencing also offers customisations, including a mid-rail for limiting access, like in beach areas or for protecting vegetation.

Signs

Replas makes a range of recycled-plastic signs. Our signs are extremely hard wearing, offering you an economic and ethical alternative to using treated timber. Our five standard signs have been specifically designed to suit your needs and are available in a range of colours. For the park that has everything, here’s a great idea! Savvy councils around Australia are installing Replas’ recycled-plastic dog agility tracks as well-trained, exercised and stimulated dogs are less likely to be a nuisance to the community by wandering or barking. The tracks can be enjoyed by local residents or used by professional trainers for organised group classes.

The Edge Lookout Skyrail

PRE-FABRICATED BRIDGE SYSTEM | NORTH QUEENSLAND

THE PROBLEM

Dawson Engineering won a contract to build an observation lookout at The Edge Lookout in North Queensland after tourists recommended it to the government. The challenge was constructing the structure using non-traditional materials that could withstand the Australian climate, given the site’s location on the edge of the world’s oldest rainforests. The goal was to provide a safe and durable space for visitors to take in the scenic views.

THE SOLUTION

Dawson Engineering contacted Replas seeking a solution for the challenging rainforest climate in North Queensland to build an observation lookout. They came to know about our Enduroplank™ decking, which they believed would be the perfect fit. Enduroplank ™ is made from over 90% recycled plastic and is strong, durable and virtually maintenance-free. Additionally, it’s available in various colours.

Royal Botanic Garden Sydney

THE PROBLEM

The Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney underwent a sweeping renovation of its public spaces to preserve the natural charm of the green space. The park features sweeping lawns, ponds, waterways and hiking trails. As part of the renovation, the Botanical Gardens needed to replace the trail fencing, which had badly deteriorated under the challenging Australian sunshine and climate and wanted a solution that visual fit the look

With its natural wood look, the Replas Arris Fence™ was able to blend seamlessly into the surrounding environment and rolled out.
