You can address the QB error code 15102 by remapping the drive to a new letter and verifying the download location.

1. Close QuickBooks and remap the network drive to a new letter to access the company file again.

2. Select the Help menu and go to the Update Window by selecting the Update QuickBooks Desktop option from the same tab.

3. Now, from the Options tab, turn the Shared Download Location off and on again to check if the location is using the correct drive letter, and once done, hit Save and Close.

4. Lastly, rerun QuickBooks, update the tax tables, and run the payroll updates again to check if the 15102 error is fixed.
