OPEN REHEARSAL TICKETING GUIDE Open Rehearsals are a benefit provided to Philadelphia Orchestra members starting at the $100 Friends Circle level. As a supporter, you gain access to a selection of the Orchestra’s final rehearsals. Visit our member benefits page here for more information about your benefits. Current members can follow these simple steps to access Open Rehearsal tickets: 1. Log in to your account on The Philadelphia Orchestra’s website. Access the login page using the “Log in” button on our banner at the top of the page. Then type philorch.org/openrehearsals into your web browser or follow step 2 below.
2. Navigate back to the homepage and click on the Menu icon. a. Select “Support The Philadelphia Orchestra” from the top menu b. Click “Special Events and Programs” c. Finally, click “Open Rehearsals” 3. Tickets become available 4–6 weeks in advance of each Open Rehearsal. When tickets become available to reserve, click on the “Enter Promo Code” button at the top of the page. 4. Enter the promo code that corresponds with your membership level: Friends Circle Members ($1-$3,499)*: OPENREH4 Ambassadors Circle Members ($3,500+)*: OPENREHALL

Select your preferred delivery method when you check out.** a. “Hold at Box Office” method indicates that the Open Rehearsal tickets can be picked up the morning of the Open Rehearsal at the event registration desk. b. “Digital Tickets” method is a safe and direct way to receive your tickets. Learn more here. c. The “Mail” method of delivery will be available up until the week of the scheduled Open Rehearsal. *Promo codes will only work for active members. Please contact the Annual Fund Office if you have any questions about your membership or to renew. **If you would like to pick up your tickets upon arrival at your Open Rehearsal, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to reserve and request this delivery method.
