Our Workforce Component Mr. Erastus Nikodemus, founder of Greywall Properties and a Masters Degree graduate, has 15 years of institutionalised experience within the field of construction and property development. He oversees a competent workforce of more than 60 employees.

Greywall Properties administers various components of property development which entail project management, electrical and architectural design as well as real estate liaison.

Mr. Erastus Nikodemus

With a B-Tech Degree in Architecture, Erastus has profound experience within the

Architectural Design industry and has previously worked for the Ministry Works and Transport as an architectural technologist for a period of three years before joining Leon Barnard Architects where he worked as a Senior Architectural Technologist for two years. His extensive experience in project management, property development, evaluation and contract administration provides his clients with peace of mind when executing on multi-million dollar projects.

Projects undertaken One of our biggest projects include the provision of bulk services and construction of more than 220 houses at Eenhana. In addition to this, we were appointed to complete the construction of the Eenhana Medical Centre.

The first phase of Eenhana Convention City was awarded to our firm and this building will be Eenhana’s prime business and conferencing centre and will be the only one primarily located in the north of Namibia.
