City of Kent I decommissioning workshop
The City of Kent needed a better way to manage surplus furniture strategically and efficiently whilst also supporting its constituents and environmental values. To provide expertise and leadership, kimiko facilitated a workshop to align all stakeholders quickly. Together the team evaluated five circular strategies to unlock highimpact, sustainable outcomes through furniture decommissioning.
By the end of the workshop, the City of Kent created a customized roadmap, a practical decision-making framework and an aligned team ready to take action
“We’ve hit the ground running thanks to your support! This will shape how we handle surplus for years.”
JULIE P. DIRECTOR, CITY OF KENT
