With Our Wedding P.A on side, there is no need to stress or worry about any of the details. As your Personal Assistant I want you to sit back, relax and enjoy the whole experience with the knowledge and assurance that your wedding P.A is taking care of every last detail for you.

My passion is weddings and events. I offer a personal bespoke approach to wedding planning, allowing you to be involved as little or as much as you like.

I have been involved in weddings and event management for over 10 years and the hospitality industry for 17 years including 4 and 5 star establishments.

I have personally coordinated and provided on the day coordination to over 350 weddings, from intimate dinners for 20 to lavish cultural affairs. I have also been very lucky to have traveled extensively including Europe, Canada, UK, Turkey, NZ, Asia and throughout Australia.

Based on the beautiful Gold Coast, I have a vast network of wedding industry contacts in the area. For destination weddings, my years of working in the hotel industry and opportunities to have traveled ensures I have the valuable knowledge and skills to source the best suppliers for your perfect day.

YOUR WEDDING P.A (FULL PLANNING) Package from $1850.00

When you choose my full wedding planning service, you will be assured of impeccable personal attention and expert assistance throughout. I only offer my full planning package to a limited number of couples per year, ensuring exclusivity and attention to detail.

This is the ideal package for those couples who are planning a destination wedding or for those that want the peace of mind that an industry expert will help them deliver the wedding day of their dreams.

PARTIAL PLANNING P.A As the level of assistance may vary, this package is quoted and priced accordingly Partial wedding planning is for couples who may have already planned some aspects of their wedding but who feel they need some assistance or guidance with what to do next.

You can contact me at any time throughout the planning of your wedding and after an initial complimentary consultation I can see how I can help you with the remaining aspects.

A LITTLE HELP P.A $350.00 – inclusive of 4 hours on the day, 1 consultation and 1 venue inspection A package especially for the DIY bride who does not want to burden family and friends with tasks on the day. Whether its assistance with ceremony or reception set up or running errands, your P.A is available to you for 4 hours on the day. Additional hours available at $50.00 per hour.

ON THE DAY P.A $900.00 – inclusive of one planner and 10 hours on the day coordination Allowing you to completely relax and enjoy your special celebrations, this package is especially for couples who have planned their wedding but want to ensure the day is executed to perfection.

I will meet with you approximately 1 month prior to your wedding to discuss the plans for your day. With the information provided, I will then start liaising with your suppliers, confirming details and creating a detailed run schedule thus allowing you and your family to relax and enjoy the final few weeks. You will also receive unlimited phone and email support to assist with any final requests or concerns.

I will be on hand throughout your wedding day (with my emergency kit!) to be your personal assistant and to assist with set up, liaise with suppliers, direction of guests and deal with any eventualities discreetly and ensure that your day runs smoothly.

Package also includes rehearsal.

Venue pack down on the night or following day incurs additional fees.

CEREMONY P.A PACKAGE $350.00 – optional ceremony decorations available* My ceremony package is everything you need for the perfect wedding ceremony. I will meet with you one month prior to the wedding day to discuss your ceremony arrangements.

I will then attend your rehearsal and on the day deliver, set up, pack down, liaise with celebrant and photographer, greet bridal party and guests, que ceremony music and assist with confetti, group photo, refreshments and direction of guests. *This is a service only package. Furniture, confetti, refreshments etc. can be arranged at an additional cost.

CEREMONY HIRE PACKAGE Package from $150.00 Inclusive of 18 Americana chairs with your choice of coloured sash and signing table my ceremony package is perfect for an outdoor ceremony. Additional items also available for hire.

STYLE PACKAGE Please contact me to discuss options I work closely with a local stylist to provide you exceptionally priced DIY decorating packages. I have a selection of chair covers with your choice of coloured sashes to an extensive range of basic centrepiece options. I can assist you with your selections at an obligation free consultation.

HONEYMOON PLANNING P.A Package from $150.00 I love to travel! Sometimes planning the honeymoon can be just as overwhelming as the wedding planning. Where to stay, what to do, how to get there, transfers, tours, visas, immunisations. After an initial consultation about your desired location and budget I will research your best options and provide you with a detailed package. Once you decide on the location I will then assist with flights, accommodation, transfers and activities. Let me sit at the travel agency so you don’t have to.

DESTINATION AND ELOPEMENT PACKAGE Please contact me to discuss options Planning an interstate or international wedding? I can be your one point of contact between you and the venue/suppliers. I can assist in researching venues in your chosen location.

I will liaise with the venue to ensure you have everything arranged before you get there.

I will help you understand venue contracts, holding accommodation blocks and legalities of overseas weddings.

I can also provide on the day coordination for destination weddings for a minimum fee of flights, 3 nights’ accommodation and transfers.

VENUE SELECTION $150.00 Haven’t found your dream venue or not sure where to start?

The venue selection package begins with an initial consultation where I learn about your vision and budget. I will then shortlist 3 venues that suit your requirements and include costs, availability, inclusions and photos. If required additional information such as accommodation options and transfers for guests can also be requested.

Once you have chosen your preferred venue, I will coordinate a contract for your confirmation.

BRIDESMAID DUTIES All of my weddings and brides are special to me. Once booking Our Wedding P.A, you have secured a stand in Bridesmaid. If you’re having a tough time or have a bridal party that lives away I can step in for a dress fitting, coffee chat or much needed wine.
