Old Man Winter. We thought he had opted to pass us by this year, but it looks like he may be making a brief stop. His indecision sure hasn’t affected the home buying and selling process in Nashville, however…and if it has, only minimally.

Barb Vurgun joined NashVillas Group in 2018 as a newlylicensed agent under Kim’s mentorship. Immensely energetic, Barb has a passion for helping others. Her experience spans over 17 years in Residential and Multi-Family Real Estate, most recently serving as an Asset Manager for a multi-family developer in Southern/Northern California. Barb has the focus for details, while maintaining critical timelines for each project.

This experience of project coordination, organizational and marketing skills will contribute to Barb’s success. Barb has lived in the Nashville area since 2017 with her husband and two children, and is delighted to be a part of this exciting, booming city.
