“I have always believed in fostering the culture and artistic fabric that make Boulder a special place to live,” says REALTOR® and Broker Associate Firuzeh Saidi, founder of the Firuzeh Saidi Group. “I decided early on that the foundation of my business would be built on service—not just to my clients, but to the community as a whole,” she explains.
Firuzeh’s passion for community and culture is deeply rooted in her background. With a rich cultural heritage and origins in Iran, she moved to Boulder in the late 1970s to pursue her MBA at the University of Denver. After spending years teaching business at a university in Vermont, Firuzeh and her husband chose to return to Boulder, drawn by the city’s enduring dedication to culture, education, and community engagement.
“Boulder has long been recognized for its commitment to the arts,” she recalls, “and that was a major inspiration for my involvement in the community.”
Embracing her Iranian heritage, Firuzeh takes pride in sharing the richness of her culture with others. She often welcomes friends into her home to experience traditional Persian cuisine, serving signature dishes like fesenjan—a pomegranate and walnut stew that perfectly balances sweet and savory flavors—and tahdig, the beloved crispy rice that perfectly balances sweet and savory flavors. “Iranian hospitality is legendary,” she says. “You offer your guests the best of everything in your home.”
Beyond the culinary delights, Firuzeh’s love for Persian art and architecture deeply influences her work in real estate. With over two decades of experience as a leading luxury REALTOR® in Boulder, her trusted reputation is built on her expertise, dedication, and unwavering commitment to her clients.
“Every home has its own story to tell,” she emphasizes, believing that architectural beauty adds to a property’s narrative. “I do more than sell homes—I provide my clients with strategic real estate guidance, helping them make informed investments in properties and communities where they can truly thrive.”
Firuzeh’s commitment to fostering a vibrant cultural landscape in Boulder extends to her support of local
organizations. She actively participates in the Dairy Center for the Arts, which provides young people with access to arts education, believing that creativity is essential for building confidence and critical thinking skills. “When we returned to Boulder with our two young daughters, I wanted not only to immerse them in my Persian heritage but also to enrich the broader community culture,” she explains. “I felt that my contributions, including hosting an annual fundraising event for the Kids at the Dairy Program, could help make Boulder an even more special place to live.
Her philanthropic efforts have not gone unnoticed. Firuzeh also serves on the advisory board of the CU College of Music and is an advocate for The Local Theater Company. She is dedicated to supporting students and their artistic journeys, believing that investing in the next generation of musicians and creative leaders is priceless. “I also do talkbacks at the Boedecker Theater on Iranian movies,” adds Firuzeh. “Movies have always been a big part of my life, and sharing that passion with others is incredibly fulfilling. Seeing film lovers engaged and asking questions about Iran and having deep conversations about society and human emotions is a joy I truly cherish.”
Her deep connections to the Boulder community extend beyond her artistic and philanthropic efforts. Firuzeh’s friendships with her clients go back several decades, building lasting relationships based on trust and shared values. “Supporting all these organizations reinforces my belief that a home is more than its walls. It’s about the experiences and the culture that surrounds it,” she says. These long-term relationships and her community involvement create a foundation of understanding and empathy that she brings to her real estate work.
Firuzeh is recognized as a leading luxury REALTOR® on the Front Range, known for her exceptional ability to foster meaningful connections and expertly guide transactions to successful closings.
Since joining Compass in 2019, Firuzeh has flourished within Boulder’s premier luxury brokerage, utilizing its cuttingedge technology and collaborative culture. With over $210 million in career sales, she has consistently been recognized as a Double Black Diamond Producer by 5280 Magazine and has been featured in America’s Best Real Estate Top Professionals by The Wall Street Journal.

Real estate isn’t about transactions to Brandi Numedahl. “It’s about the deep connections and community bonds that make a place feel like home,” she smiles.

“The scenic hiking trails and the close-knit community convinced me that one day, I’d live here,” she shares. True to that vision, in June of 2000, fresh out of college, she moved to Boulder—a decision that has enriched her life in more ways than one.
Almost 20 years ago, Brandi met Firuzeh in a setting that felt both professional and destined. While working in marketing for the Colorado Music Festival at Chautauqua, Brandi was introduced to Firuzeh—a long-time supporter and board member of the organization. Firuzeh’s sophisticated yet warm presence resonated with Brandi immediately. It wasn’t long before an almost surreal idea took hold of Brandi.
“I literally had a dream of working with Firuzeh in real estate,” she explains. That dream became reality over a simple coffee meeting where the seeds of partnership were sown. Firuzeh, in a serendipitous twist, revealed she needed someone to step in for her marketing role, and that was the start of a journey spanning over 15 years—starting even before Brandi officially held her real estate license.
The evolution of their partnership mirrors the growth of Boulder’s real estate market. Both Brandi and Firuzeh embraced change and innovation, taking a significant leap when they joined Compass shortly after the firm entered Boulder.
For Brandi, the move was a natural fit—a melding of her love for technology and automation with the time-honored tradition of personal service in real estate. Working with Firuzeh has been much more than a business venture. She explains, “It’s been a masterclass in community involvement, integrity, and the importance of building relationships that extend far beyond closing deals. Firuzeh has not only been a mentor but has also become like family.”
Real estate, for Brandi, isn’t just about properties—it’s about creating experiences. “My husband and I had a difficult first home-buying experience,” she explains. Because of this challenge, she was determined to offer a better, more compassionate approach. Now she sees herself as the calm in the storm, guiding her clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. “Every transaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact, ensuring that her clients feel confident and cared for throughout the process.”
When not working, Brandi is into health and fitness. A selfproclaimed health nut, she embraces a lifestyle centered around wellness—from her unwavering commitment to Peloton classes since 2019 to the daily hour-long walks with her dog, Stella. Brandi’s love for nature is evident in her fondness for hiking, even finding joy in the busy trails of Mt. Sanita.
games, and navigating my daughter’s senior year of High School has been quite the whirlwind,” she says. As a proud University of Iowa alum, Brandi is a diehard fan of Caitlyn Clark and the Indiana Fever, never missing an Iowa women’s basketball game. These shared moments of togetherness not only bring her joy but also remind her of the enduring importance of family.
Regular summer picnics up Flagstaff Mountain, where lively conversations over delicious food and good wine take place, are just one way she celebrates life. And with a family passionate about skiing and snowboarding, every season offers a new adventure right at her doorstep.
In every step she takes, whether guiding a family to their dream home or sharing a quiet moment on a hiking trail, Brandi’s narrative is a reminder that success in real estate is measured not just by transactions, but by the friendships built along the way.
Firuzeh and Brandi’s partnership is built on a foundation of friendship, a deep passion for real estate, community engagement, and cultural appreciation. Their connection dates back over a couple of decades, when their shared love for the arts brought them together through Brandi’s involvement with the Colorado Music Festival and Firuzeh’s work on its advisory board. That same enthusiasm now fuels their work in real estate, where they blend creativity, marketing expertise, and a commitment to fostering meaningful connections.
Her family also plays a big role in keeping her energized and busy. “I love cheering on my 13-yearold son at his baseball
“I partnered with Brandi, first of all, because we are such great friends and have known each other for years,” says Firuzeh. “Beyond that, she is absolutely brilliant—her deep understanding of real estate, sharp instincts for market trends, and impressive technological expertise set her apart. She has an extraordinary ability to see the potential in every home and match it with the perfect buyer. But what truly makes her exceptional is her compassion—she genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel confident and supported every step of the way. Her insight, dedication, and warmth make her an invaluable partner in this industry.”
Every transaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact, ensuring that her clients feel confident and cared for throughout the process.”
Together, they cultivate a sense of belonging. Whether they’re helping firsttime homebuyers navigate the market, supporting local businesses, or engaging with the community, Firuzeh and Brandi are dedicated to making Boulder an even more welcoming and dynamic place.
“Our goal is to create a narrative that resonates with buyers, helping them connect with a place where they can truly thrive,” Firuzeh explains. That philosophy ensures clients don’t just find a house but a home where they can build their future.
Brandi’s eye for a home’s unique qualities, combined with her innovative marketing approach, pairs seamlessly with Firuzeh’s deep marketing expertise. Together, they craft compelling stories that showcase each property in a way that truly speaks to buyers. “It’s always fun to explore homes together and discuss what makes each one special, as well as the best way to market them,” Firuzeh adds.
For Brandi, the magic of their partnership lies in their shared vision and complementary strengths. “Firuzeh has an incredible ability to connect with people and understand their needs on a deeper level,” Brandi shares. “Her dedication to clients and the community is inspiring, and working together allows us to bring out the best in each other while making a real impact.”
