“I have always believed in fostering the culture and artistic fabric that make Boulder a special place to live,” says REALTOR® and Broker Associate Firuzeh Saidi, founder of the Firuzeh Saidi Group. “I decided early on that the foundation of my business would be built on service—not just to my clients, but to the community as a whole,” she explains.

Firuzeh’s passion for community and culture is deeply rooted in her background. With a rich cultural heritage and origins in Iran, she moved to Boulder in the late 1970s to pursue her MBA at the University of Denver. After spending years teaching business at a university in Vermont, Firuzeh and her husband chose to return to Boulder, drawn by the city’s enduring dedication to culture, education, and community engagement.

“Boulder has long been recognized for its commitment to the arts,” she recalls, “and that was a major inspiration for my involvement in the community.”

Rich in Culture

Embracing her Iranian heritage, Firuzeh takes pride in sharing the richness of her culture with others. She often welcomes friends into her home to experience traditional Persian cuisine, serving signature dishes like fesenjan—a pomegranate and walnut stew that perfectly balances sweet and savory flavors—and tahdig, the beloved crispy rice that perfectly balances sweet and savory flavors. “Iranian hospitality is legendary,” she says. “You offer your guests the best of everything in your home.”

Beyond the culinary delights, Firuzeh’s love for Persian art and architecture deeply influences her work in real estate. With over two decades of experience as a leading luxury REALTOR® in Boulder, her trusted reputation is built on her expertise, dedication, and unwavering commitment to her clients.

“Every home has its own story to tell,” she emphasizes, believing that architectural beauty adds to a property’s narrative. “I do more than sell homes—I provide my clients with strategic real estate guidance, helping them make informed investments in properties and communities where they can truly thrive.”

Building Community

Firuzeh’s commitment to fostering a vibrant cultural landscape in Boulder extends to her support of local

organizations. She actively participates in the Dairy Center for the Arts, which provides young people with access to arts education, believing that creativity is essential for building confidence and critical thinking skills. “When we returned to Boulder with our two young daughters, I wanted not only to immerse them in my Persian heritage but also to enrich the broader community culture,” she explains. “I felt that my contributions, including hosting an annual fundraising event for the Kids at the Dairy Program, could help make Boulder an even more special place to live.

Her philanthropic efforts have not gone unnoticed. Firuzeh also serves on the advisory board of the CU College of Music and is an advocate for The Local Theater Company. She is dedicated to supporting students and their artistic journeys, believing that investing in the next generation of musicians and creative leaders is priceless. “I also do talkbacks at the Boedecker Theater on Iranian movies,” adds Firuzeh. “Movies have always been a big part of my life, and sharing that passion with others is incredibly fulfilling. Seeing film lovers engaged and asking questions about Iran and having deep conversations about society and human emotions is a joy I truly cherish.”

Her deep connections to the Boulder community extend beyond her artistic and philanthropic efforts. Firuzeh’s friendships with her clients go back several decades, building lasting relationships based on trust and shared values. “Supporting all these organizations reinforces my belief that a home is more than its walls. It’s about the experiences and the culture that surrounds it,” she says. These long-term relationships and her community involvement create a foundation of understanding and empathy that she brings to her real estate work.
