JAK gives a portion of her income each year to a variety of charities and particularly enjoys supporting seniors living out their lives in their homes.

Meghan is passionate about sustainability, including clean building and living for both our physical and mental health. She is a past board member of the Colorado Green Building Guild and is a supporter of various organizations aimed at putting food on tables, helping kids live in safe environments, and saving Mother Earth.

Meghan Bach began her real estate career in San Diego in ‘05 after working in the finance, tech and health care industries. After her husband’s retirement from Navy medicine, she and her family chose to settle in Boulder. She says Boulder has felt like home since day one and was a great fit for their two daughters, with incredible schools, community, sports and culture. She loves the constant sunshine, changing seasons and amazing people, as well as Boulder’s efforts toward sustainable, responsible living.

Jennifer Gilligan was raised outside of Chicago, Illinois, in a suburb called Wheaton and graduated from the University of Illinois. Like many young professionals from the Chicago suburbs, she moved to the Big City for several years before making her way to Boulder because of her passion for the outdoors. Whether she’s trail running, biking or sipping lemonade at Chautauqua, she’s embracing all Boulder County has to offer.

Jennifer A. Kauffman, JAK, first came to Boulder County as a graphic designer with her son 25 years ago. She became the first art director at Boulder Weekly and worked for a printing company specializing in designing John Elway’s car dealership marketing materials before getting her real estate license.

JAK first started her real estate career in Boulder County and then moved to California where she was one of San Francisco’s top producing agents selling homes ranging from $800k-$40M. JAK recently moved back to Boulder to be near her family.
