“The scenic hiking trails and the close-knit community convinced me that one day, I’d live here,” she shares. True to that vision, in June of 2000, fresh out of college, she moved to Boulder—a decision that has enriched her life in more ways than one.
The Spark of a Lifelong Partnership
Almost 20 years ago, Brandi met Firuzeh in a setting that felt both professional and destined. While working in marketing for the Colorado Music Festival at Chautauqua, Brandi was introduced to Firuzeh—a long-time supporter and board member of the organization. Firuzeh’s sophisticated yet warm presence resonated with Brandi immediately. It wasn’t long before an almost surreal idea took hold of Brandi.
“I literally had a dream of working with Firuzeh in real estate,” she explains. That dream became reality over a simple coffee meeting where the seeds of partnership were sown. Firuzeh, in a serendipitous twist, revealed she needed someone to step in for her marketing role, and that was the start of a journey spanning over 15 years—starting even before Brandi officially held her real estate license.

A selfproclaimed health nut, she embraces a lifestyle centered around wellness—from her unwavering commitment to Peloton classes since 2019 to the daily hour-long walks with her dog, Stella. Brandi’s love for nature is evident in her fondness for hiking, even finding joy in the busy trails of Mt. Sanita.

As a proud University of Iowa alum, Brandi is a diehard fan of Caitlyn Clark and the Indiana Fever, never missing an Iowa women’s basketball game. These shared moments of togetherness not only bring her joy but also remind her of the enduring importance of family.
Regular summer picnics up Flagstaff Mountain, where lively conversations over delicious food and good wine take place, are just one way she celebrates life. And with a family passionate about skiing and snowboarding, every season offers a new adventure right at her doorstep.
