Christmas parties without the pomp and ceremony! With Christmas around the corner many will be starting present shopping, dusting off their decorations and writing their Santa letters! Killarney Brewing set for a busy Christmas Killarney Brewing Company are getting ready for a busy Christmas – and are also very excited to be pushing ahead with the next phase of their plans for a distillery and new visitor centre in Fossa. They hope to be open for the summer season of 2021 and will be creating up to 80 jobs, explained Barry Spellman, General Manager. “There are still a few hurdles to climb over but we are confident of working through the process,” he said. “It will be a fantastic addition to the tourist trail and the overall Killarney business tourism offering.” The intention with the new facility is to be able to increase production capacity in order to begin exporting. “To add to our current spirits offering, we will also be entering the world of Irish Whiskey distilling with the same passion
and enthusiasm. Our Heather Honey Gin was launched this time last year and has been hugely popular.
