Establish Your Expectations Define expectations how the mediation process is to proceed.

Expectations can include.....

Want your spouse to be honest about things.

Educate Yourself Prior to the Mediation Part of the pre-mediation process is to help educate you on the basics of the parenting plan, defining terms such as joint managing conservators and going through statutory presumptions regarding rights and duties.

Its Your Day Allows you the Opportunity to create a parenting agreement that will best fit the needs of your child. The better educated you are the better your ability to create a co-parenting agreement.
