The cause is currently not known, but Martha’s kidneys will probably fail completely within the next few years. Even if Martha receives a kidney transplant there is high chance that it would be unsuccessful and end up being rejected.

All Saints Primary School, where Martha is now in her first year, are taking part in a Dragon’s Den style competition. They have designed these mugs to sell and will donate all profits to Kidney Research UK, helping to find a cure for Martha and others like her, to give them the hope of a better future.
