Set up AutoPay & pay your invoices online!

Adding a bank account to KidKare allows you to set up one-time or recurring payments. This authorizes your bank to quickly send money from your account to pay your invoices, eliminating the need for paper checks and cash payments.

IMPORTANT: Let your childcare provider know that you'd like to pay your invoices online, and they can set up a KidKare account for you.

Your provider will email you a link to get started. Click the link in the email to set up your KidKare account.

Be able to update your child's enrollment online

Your child care provider may send you an email inviting you to re-enroll your child. This invitation allows you to complete all necessary forms from your computer or other Internet-connected device.

If you do not see this email initially, check your Spam/Junk folder. If the email is still missing, contact your child care provider for assistance.

Manage Messages

The message tool makes it easy to keep in touch with your childcare provider

Did you get a message from your childcare provider? Learn how to view messages and update your notification settings here!

View Messages

Received messages display in the Received tab on the Messages page. It is divided into the following columns: Received From, Subject, and Date.

You can also see the total number of messages, as well as the number that are unread.

Need a statement of account or to see what payments you've made?

Learn how to print this information:

Print a Statement of Account

The Statement of Account lists your current unpaid and paid invoices, any payments made, and any relevant notes.

It also includes the total billed, total paid, and total account balance.

Print a Statement of Itemized Payments

The Statement of Itemized Payments report lists all payments you have made on invoices for a selected timeframe. For example, you can print this report for an entire week, month, year, and more. Each payment is listed on a separate line and includes the invoice number, payment method, invoice total, payment total, and so on. The sum of all payment totals is also included.
