Every Sunday morning stalwarts of the Vil1l1age Hall Committee are doing up the the Village Hall to help keep hire charge increases to a minimum.

Nith 600 lets a year,the Hall plays an important part in vil1lage 11fe but wear and tear is Nith all1 spare funds being used to replace window frames,the Committee decided to do the rest themselves Already f1oors have been replaced and the back room painted. Most of _the work is painting but help from a skilled plasterer is also needed
