ABOUT ME Hi! My name is Khayati Mitra.

I have been working in the Construction industry in the Middle East since 2013, when I was campus recruited as a Junior Architect with a real estate developer.

I specialize in luxury residential, mixed-use and hospitality/ tourism real estate and Sustainable Environmental Design from the Architectural Association (UK). I'm currently working with passion for decarbonising through energy efficiency in the United Arab Emirates.

POST-OCCUPANCYEVALUATION(POE) Post-Occupancy Evaluation will: Highlight any immediate teething problems that can be addressed and solved Identify any gaps in communication and understanding that impact on the building operation.
