Located in Vancouver, British Columbia the Gleneagles community center promotes an exciting playful environment, but also acts as a catalyst for the surrounding area, to bring people together through the shared passion of sports, by providing a range of activity's for different age groups to get everyone involved as a community.

Model Section Cut


The walls and floor are repressed by chipboard while the roof structure is composed of plywood & aluminum. The beams are layers of plywood that have been steamed then placed in a mold made of foam that held them in place during the cooling stage, then glued the layers together & sanded the exterior to give it the smooth exterior finish. The entire roof structure is held in place by the light steel cross bracing and the glulam struts as displayed in the images.
