Holder of bachelor and master degree in law from the university of Sultan Qaboos, currently registered to get a PHD degree in morocco, Holds the administration and supervision personally for the work assigned to the office, long experience more than ten years in the legal acts of various offshoots ,participated in many seminars and course in sultanate of Oman and abroad ,has close and extensive relationships at all levels, also a member of the lawyers union.
