FUNDRAISING EVENTS - UPDATE

It is far too easy to adapt and take the extraordinary for granted. Often, it’s not until you lose something that you realize just how important it was and how much you valued it.

When the COVID-19 pandemic essentially halted all in-person community fundraisers, it became abundantly clear to us how crucial they were, not only for fundraising but also for a strengthened sense of community and togetherness. Thankfully, this year saw the return of so many incredible events that raised much-needed funds, in addition to bolstering existing relationships and fostering new ones.

The remarkable individuals who organized, sponsored and participated in events this year truly made it one to remember. We at the Foundation felt a renewed sense of appreciation and gratitude for all of the effort that goes into not only fundraising but also the community-building role that these events play. We extend a heartfelt thank you to those who dedicated their time and efforts to make our community stronger.
