KIT (Keytree In-Store Technology) KIT now has six active customers including Toys R Us Canada and Burberry, where the app is used in all stores across 64 countries and in 11 languages. A major achievement, (but unfortunately the customer is under a NDA so we cannot make this public). Burberry recently used KIT to provide in-store customers with a preview of what would be unveiled at London Fashion Week. Which is a great example of how KIT can be used not just to drive sales but to also enhance a brand. Several more high-profile customers are in the pipeline to be signed this year.

KIT is mainly used in retail stores but can also be applied across multiple industries and serve as a highly flexible B2B sales tool, as used by Albia (mentioned previously). KIT can be purchased on the SAP App Center, for IOS devices, but will be available for Android devices before the end of 2020.
Matrix Matrix Booking can soon boast that National Grid is their largest private sector customer. This deal was agreed toward the end of 2019 and represents substantial progress for Matrix Booking in terms of project and deal size. The Matrix Sense team recently signed a fantastic 5 year deal with BEIS to implement this brand new functionality which utilises state-of-the-art sensor technology to monitor and analyse space usage and also automatically check people in and out of resources including meeting rooms and desks.
The team are launching Hardware-As-A-Service. Support and delivery will be run out of the The Matrix Booking Hardware Centre in our Port Talbot office. The team are currently completing deals with additional hardware vendors which will involve a large amount of joint co-branding and marketing, helping to grow our product visibility globally.
