Shant Banosian is Guaranteed Rate’s number-one loan officer nationwide, closing more than a thousand units and funding $434.5 million in 2016 alone. He has been in the mortgage business for more than a decade and has consistently been recognized for his high level of production and superior customer service.

In addition to being a regular fixture on MPA’s Young Guns list and a member of Guaranteed Rate’s President’s Club for several years, Banosian was named to the company’s prestigious Chairman’s Circle in 2015 and 2016, which recognizes producers who exceed $100 million in annual loan volume.

Banosian’s success in the mortgage business is attributable to many factors, but most notable is his commitment to always putting the customer first. An impressive 98% of his clients would use him again, and he continues to grow his business thanks to word-of-mouth referrals. Banosian’s goal is to simplify the mortgage process for his customers and make it easier to navigate.
