METHODOLOGY Applicants who originated $150 million or more in loan volume in 2016 qualified for MPA’s 150 Million Dollar Club. Each nominated originator was required to provide specific details about his or her production to be eligible.

In addition to being a regular fixture on MPA’s Young Guns list and a member of Guaranteed Rate’s President’s Club for several years, Banosian was named to the company’s prestigious Chairman’s Circle in 2015 and 2016, which recognizes producers who exceed $100 million in annual loan volume. Banosian’s success in the mortgage business is attributable to many factors, but most notable is his commitment to always putting the customer first. An impressive 98% of his clients would use him again, and he continues to grow his business thanks to word-of-mouth referrals. He has been in the mortgage industry for more than a decade, during which time he has established himself as one of the hardest-working individuals in the business. As a national top-producing originator, Decker has been recognized for his production and performance not just locally, but nationally.

In addition to serving as president of Augusta Financial, Mike Meena continues to be a top-producing mortgage originator. With more than 26 years of mortgage lending experience, Meena has built his reputation on being advice-minded and honest, delivering a quality product with clients’ short- and long-term goals always in mind. For the past nine years, Augusta Financial has been voted Best Lender by the readers of The Signal, a newspaper based in Santa Clarita Valley, California. The founder and CEO of mortgage lending company Arcus Lending, Shashank Shekhar has consistently grown his business from $58 million in 2013 to $171 million in 2016. A bestselling author and avid blogger, Shekhar has also contributed articles to a number of national and international media outlets, and written three books: First Time Home Buying 101, Real Estate Unleashed and the recently released My First Home, which became a number-one Amazon bestseller. Shekhar relies on several online and offline mediums to reach out to his prospects and clients, and is a firm believer in using social media platforms to grow his business. Immediately after diving into the mortgage business, Logemann became a top-performing loan originator, thanks to her ability to listen to her clients and understand their loan needs. From 2000 to 2016, Logemann funded more than 5,500 loans, totaling approximately $2.18 billion.


A 30-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Michael Borodinsky has funded more than $4 billion in residential mortgage loans to over 12,000 customers during the course of his career. He has been honored as a top-producing loan officer at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Met Life, Sun Home Loans and Caliber Home Loans, where he currently serves as vice president and regional builder branch manager. Borodinsky specializes in supporting the homebuilding industry and has been a member of the New Jersey Builders Association [NJBA] for the past 25 years. Through the years, NJBA has awarded Borodinsky with its Chairman’s Award for his contributions to the association’s sales, marketing and political action committees. He has also been elected to the NJBA Hall of Fame. Currently, Borodinsky serves as vice president of associate affairs at NJBA and is vice chairman of the state’s political action committee.
