n September of 2013, Suncorp introduced a bold service guarantee. The non-major said it would offer initial credit assessments within 48 hours or refund brokersâ customers $500. Then, in spring last year, the bank launched its âBig Newsâ campaign. With a flood of broker business, Suncorp made the decision to withdraw its service guarantee, but in a move atypical of many lenders, it was entirely up front about its intentions. FULL STORY PAGE 16
