W
hen long-time MFAA chief Phil Naylor announced in May that he would be leaving his post after 12 years at the helm of the association, conjecture swirled around who would replace him. Members hypothesised whether the MFAA would seek out someone with banking experience, aggregation experience or industry experience. When the association announced that former Finware partner Siobhan Hayden would be the new chief executive, it marked a new era for the MFAA.
