he need for new blood in the mortgage broking industry is a common theme. Aggregators, brokers and lenders all lament the ageing of the industry and the lack of new entrants, but few seem to have come up with a plan to attract young talent. FBAA president Peter White is concerned as well. “I worry about what will happen to our industry five or 10 years down the track,” he said. But White believes he may have found a solution.
