March and Hike at Ridgewood

Key Club members throughout the duration of this event not only got to explore the outdoors but also got the opportunity to clean up and protect the environment by picking up trash at the park.

Meadow Grass Garden Care

Along with our members learning about nature, we as a team helped clear Flushing Meadows Park of invasive plant species before the next Spring growth.

#lunchbagqueens

Key Club FLHS helped the local community in Jamaica, Queens, by making sandwiches for the community fridge and writing positive messages to go along with each sandwich.

Kehilat Sunday Distribution

Key Club members volunteer at Kehilat, a Kosher food pantry, helping pack as well as distributing food to those in need.

Queensbridge Compost Workday

Key Club members joined the effort in composting throughout NYC; at Queensbridge, they filled up bags with composted soil.

Pool Fundraiser

Key Clubbers having fun playing 8-ball pool during the fundraiser.

Bklyn Fabscraps

Key Club volunteers dedicated their time separating fabric and recycling old pieces of clothing, preventing more unnecessary waste from forming.

Member of the Month

Grace Chen (Sophmore)

"Key club has been an amazing opportunity for contributing to the community as well as meeting new people."

Editor's Note Hi everyone, as you know the entirety of the old KeyClub board is stepping down - this includes our wonderful editor Adhishree Fnu - and as we approach the end of the 2021-2022 and the beginning of the 2022-2023 service term. I would just like to say that since joining keyclub I've met and worked with so many wonderful people and I hope to continue this with the events we have planned out for the next year.

Best Regards: Joseph Chan
