1. The flats' interior lighting produced a gentle glow that surrounded the structure, symbolizing life. 2. Linear lights are positioned at the edges of the balconies so that they can be seen from various perspectives and provide a nighttime structural definition for the building. 3. RGB along the building's iconic structure radiates happiness, extending an invitation for a delightful stay at the hotel. 4. The client is also presented with an investment idea for a media screen that would enable him to profit from the display of advertisements and sporadic event planning.

CONCEPT DESIGN-OPERA THEATRE
3 1. The hall is sufficiently illuminated by several rows of cove lights for simple navigation around the seats. 2. The ceiling-mounted spotlights are intended to lit up the seating areas both before the start of the show or during a break. 3. Lastly, the stage lighting is set such that attention can be drifted to the different areas of the stage during the show as needed.

3 1. The dining room fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere for family meals and adds a touch of nature. 2. The dining and kitchen area is sufficiently lit by the minimal cove and spotlights over the table in case there’s a need to grab a quick snack/dessert from the counter or refrigerator. 3. The kitchen counter is an ideal setting for a vigorous cooking session thanks to the IP-rated, well-distributed downlights.

3 1. Pendant lights above the pool table help extend an open invitation to any bunch willing to have a quick face-off. 2. The open bar counter has its own RGB lighting along with a minimalistic set of spotlights throughout the room for general illumination. 3. The room's RGB cove lights take full responsibility in creating the ideal atmosphere for the people to unwind and enjoy themselves to the fullest.

3 1. The main staircase of the villa was designed such that the dynamic effect from the window sill light provided an ambient feel to the space at all times. 2. A direct/indirect wall washer lights up the landing area also inviting décors to be placed directly below or above the luminaire. 3. Finally, wall recessed fittings with visors illuminated the steps also making it glare-free and comfortable to walk up and down the floors.
