Wynnum Fringe will rock the Wynnum Manly Bayside over three massive weeks from 16 November to 4 December. There are bigname artists including Marcia Hines and Dave Hughes, local creatives, spectacular performances and the crown jewel - the brand new Wynnum Fringe Garden in George Clayton Park.
Wynnum Central is hosting its FIRST Halloween Parade on Saturday 29 October. The AMPOL WYNNUM HALLOWEEN PARADE starts at 6pm and will pass through Bay Terrace between Berrima St & Clara St. Arrive earlier and follow the Wynnum Retailer Trick & Treat Trail visiting many of the unique local
Wynnum Fringe celebrates the best in contemporary, independent and alternative arts and entertainment. The three-week arts, entertainment and cultural extravaganza spans a dazzling array of performance genres including music, dance, comedy, theatre, cabaret and circus. Mix that in with some
glorious local restaurants and the food trucks and bars in the Wynnum Fringe Garden and you’ve got yourself a perfect end of the year. Melbourne Cup on Tuesday 1st November will be celebrated at special events in bars, clubs, cafes and restaurants across Wynnum Manly. Check out the Bayside venues in this edition to enjoy a fun filled and great value day. Manly Harbour Village comes alive in the warmer months! Markets in Little Bayside Park will continue each week, as will Free Movies in the Park (with the Christmas movie to be picked by the public!)
The Manly Harbour Village Christmas Lights Competition will delight the young and old, as we light the sea, the hillside and our business community with prizes for best festive lights across vessels, residences and businesses. Running for four weeks from the end of November until 30 December, Night time Harbour Cruises are a great addition this year, along with a few more surprises to be
announced soon.
