Manly In City VISIT WYNNUM MANLY has taken space on electronic billboards in Brisbane City. Advertising agency HRS offered the spaces to bayside businesses to be displayed on giant electronic billboards. One is situated on Shafston Avenue and the second on Stanley Street East in Coorparoo. Visit Wynnum Manly Manager Kevin Liepins said “It’s a great opportunity to promote the attractions of the Bayside and to encourage visitation and spend in local shops, cafes and dining outlets.” Thanks to Bayside based Anne Higgs Photography for the striking image.

Manly Harbour Village - Open For Business Manly businesses are up and running post the initial COVID 19 lockdown. From retail to dining, medical and professional services Manly Harbour Village is open to welcome customers, visitors and clients with new restrictions in place to ensure social distancing and good hygiene. Both the bimonthly Jan Powers Farmers Markets and the Sunday Manly Creative markets are open on their normal times.

• dining in (with COVID SAFE Plan): restaurants, cafés, pubs,, registered and licensed clubs, RSL clubs, hotels and casinos – no bars or gaming • open homes and auctions • gyms, health clubs and yoga studios Overnight visitors are now permitted with Queenslanders now able to enjoy unrestricted travel throughout the state. The Manly Marina Cove Motel on Manly Harbour is ready to welcome visitors. Subject to further planning and review, stage 3 from 10 July will allow a maximum of 100 people for gathering.
