This matter, having come before this court upon the application of the Plaintiff, and this court having considered the submissions of the parties and the oral arguments on April 21, 2021, and this court being required to determine this matter in a summary fashion under N.J.S.A. 19:13-12; and for the reasons set forth on the record on April 21, 2021; IT IS on this 21st day of April, 2021, ORDERED: 1. The relief sought by means of the Plaintiff’s order to show cause be and is hereby denied. 2. The Plaintiff’s complaint is dismissed. 3. The prior restraints as to the printing of the ballots for the June 8, 2021, election are dissolved.
4. This court shall forward this order to the parties and upload it to ecourts.
