Values Guiding Future Action

Several broad, overarching values were identified through proactive conversations with a range of stakeholders. These values are core to not only the process for developing the CWP but also to the resulting targets, strategies, and actions. Although these values are not explicitly referenced within every target, strategy, and action, they are fundamental to the plan as a whole and will continue to guide the actions taken through CWP implementation. These values are further described in Appendix D.
