TODAY’S KET While we know that cuts to federal funding for public broadcasting are impacting program production, both locally and nationally, we’re happy to be kicking off the new year with several favorites that had been in the pipeline. New seasons of All Creatures Great and Small, Miss Scarlet, Antiques Roadshow and Finding Your Roots all premiere this month. As this year marks the 250th anniversary of the founding of our nation, we’ll be celebrating with programming throughout the year, including an encore this month of Ken Burns’ The American Revolution. While the breadth of KET’s public affairs coverage continues to provide trusted news and information from around the state, our legislative coverage will keep viewers informed as the General Assembly meets in temporary chambers during the Capitol renovation. The New Year is also bringing the debut of this new format of Visions. We’re striving to provide you with all the program information and news you enjoy in the magazine while reducing costs, ensuring even more of your support goes toward the programs and services you love from KET. We appreciate your support and wish you and your family all the best in the New Year!
