ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION LAW
TheEnvironmentalProtectionLaw (EPL)wouldbeabigpicture,and broadlawthatcoversvariousaspects ofenvironmentalprotection.Itwould includeregulation-makingauthority, allowingadoptionofhigh-priority regulationsthatwouldcarryoutthe goalsofthelaw.Thisisbecause regulationsareeasiertoadoptand changethanlaws,allowingflexibility tochangingneedsandknowledge.
