Find the right home and submit an offer. Once we find the right property, I’ll guide you through writing a strong, competitive offer and negotiating on your behalf to protect your best interests

Under contract and through closing. This typically is a 30-45 day process. I’ll coordinate inspections, timelines, and all moving pieces while keeping you informed every step of the way.

Close and get settled in Prineville! Once you have the keys, I’ll connect you with trusted local vendors - from movers to contractors - and help yyou make your transition seamless My goal is to help you feel at home here right away
