Throughout the 2018 fiscal year, Kent State received support from more than 20,000 alumni and friends for scholarships, programs and funds that help us prioritize student success as they stay on track to graduation, propelling them into their future as engaged world citizens. Life-changing scholarships were funded with $4.27 million in generous private support last year.

Our extraordinary university community has aspirations to serve the students of today and those in the future in even greater, more meaningful ways. These aspirations call for significantly more resources than we can expect from public sources.
