2020 4th Semester Academic Work Cihapit, Bandung, Indonesia Agus Soeriaatmadja, S.T,MLA,IALI. The phenomenon of “Digital Nomad” in which people can work remotely while travelling corelates with the building function as a unit for living and working . Co-living and Co-working enable the Digital Nomad to live, work, and collaborate altogether in a single building. Located in Bandung which is one of tourist destination in Indonesia, the concept of “Tradition al”reflects the hospitality of Indonesians and the context of Bandung. The building is shaped to look simple, traditional, and tropical. The main focus of this building is ensuring the living area is comfort able, while creating a sense of tranditional. Hence, the placement of roof garden is used as the center area of the living area to bring the traditionalcharac teristics. The building materials are chosesn to rep resent tropical architecture and semi-industrialism, by using exposed bricks and exposed concrete.

SPORTS CENTER
The sports center is located at Pantai Indah Kapuk, which is close to the sea. The building is shaped to represent the shape of flowing waves, especially on the roofs shape. The building facade is also inspired by the movement of waves, so the facade is designed to give an undulating movement of the waves. The building is separated into 2 masses to respond the shape of the site. The space in between the building is purposed as a garden and a lobby.
The sports center consist of a Basketball Court to held national or local competition. To support the basketball court the facility is also equiped with players preparation area. For the visitors and neigh bouring community, the sports center also have a Futsal Court, community garden, cafetaria, sports equipment shop, and multifunction space.

Karapihan Hotel is designed with the context of Sun danese Traditional Architecture Principle which is Harmonious to nature. The Building shape is inspired by Pasirkaliki which translate to A Hill Planted with Kaliki (a type of plants). The Building is shaped to have a roof garden which represents the hill planted with various plants. The building shaped responds to the site which located at the edge of a street.
The hotel is separated as 2 main function, the puclic area and the private area. The public area is located at the ground floor and 1st floor, consisting of meet ing rooms, restaurant, loby, and coffee shop. The pri vate area consisting of guest rooms, suite rooms, and deluxe rooms.

Cendhani is a bamboo installation, which shape is based on strecthing or warming-up activities. The Installation forced the user to go through some ‘games; that strecthes a part of their body.
The idea behind strecthing pose is making people more active while they are going out doors.

Located on the top of the highest point in Bratisla va, lies Devinska Kobyla an abandoned millitary base. These facility are currently abandoned, but frequently visited by locals because of the natural reserves and beautiful views. The site is potential to be used as a park and to preserve the history of the Theplace.Park is designed as a local tourist destination offering nature walks, refurbished millitary facilities as a museum, and monument. The goal of the project is to transform the existing environment to express peace and freedom as a n expression of changing times.

The goal of the competition is to create high quality affordable housing. The site is based on a virtual site in Jakarta. The house takes inspiration of a holiday villa. The house is designed to have a large garden around the house with windows that are focused to the openings. The Function of the garden is to en sure the house is naturally ventilated. The house is consisted of two bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The simplistic function means the rooms must be compact and efficient.

The plot of land available is only 30 sqm measuring five by six meters. The house is requiresd to have a living area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Raising the ground floor by 90 cm is the most logical option due to the condition and future condition.. Bandengan is a densely populated area, the neig houring building is densely packed with three sto ry height. The available plot of land is only 20 sqm, which measured two meters by ten meter. The own er of the house needs three bedrooms, a living area a kitchen, and three bathrooms. The rooms are ar raged in a corridor like arragement, with the verti cal circulation placed in the middle. Ground Floor Stairswell area is used as a vertical windpipe to enable cross ventilation between floors. Passive Cooling Stairswell area is also used to bring natural light in.
