Career & Job Services Success Story Mark Massmann was living through a downsizing after 25 years with his company. He met with one of the library’s Career Navigators who gave him a high-level overview of how to get engaged with the library’s programs. Soon after Mark participated in the library’s Northern Kentucky Accountability Group (NKYAG), a weekly group for job seekers, networked with others and heard from guest speakers. Mark powered through classes like the LinkedIn Profile Series classes, the Core Skills Workshop and worked on his interviewing skills. He also picked up some great tips from peers on how to handle an upcoming Zoom interview. Because of all his hard work, Mark landed at Atlas Air as a Repair Analyst.
