The area surrounding our projects has numerous activities to cater for most tastes. Amenities

There are two major supermarkets close by, no more than 5 minutes drive. Banks and other smaller stores and amenities can be found in the nearby mountain village area of Esentepe. KPet petrol station is 5 minutes drive away. A medical centre is located in Esentepe village and a pharmacy is just a few minutes drive.

Transport

Local transport links pass the projects regularly, providing an economical travel option to Girne (Kyrenia), just 20km away. For airport arrivals, Ercan International Airport (Lefkoşa) is less then 40 minutes and Larnaca is just over 1 hour by car/taxi. Taxis can be booked from the local taxi rank next to the Elexus Hotel nearby.

Beaches

All our property owners have access to the local Turtle Bay Beach and Cove Beach, accessed from both Karpasia by the Sea and Turtle Bay projects. Alagadi Beach, is one of the best beaches in Cyprus, with long stretches of sand and dunes. It is also home to the world renowned Turtle Project where every year, Green and Loggerhead turtles visit to lay their eggs. Korineum Golf & Beach Resort has a superb beach facility for paying guests with beach bar. Tatlisu and Esentepe Belediyesi beaches are also popular with locals and visitors, providing facilities such as beach huts, sunbeds and parasols as well as restaurant and dining options.

Dining

There is a wide choice of local and international dining options close by, including local, European, Indian and Chinese. The 5-Star hotel and resorts of Elexus and Acapulco offer various international dining options.

Entertainment

Live music options are often available at restaurants and bars, as well as concerts at the 5-Star Elexus Hotel. Casino action is a popular pastime with various tables and games at 5-Star Elexus and Acapulco Resorts.
