Extrufood have established themselves as leading extrusion experts in the confectionery sector and their announcement for Interpack and television projects are showing a promising new year for them

Extrufood specialises in the engineering and manufacturing of extrusion machinery in the confectionery market. Producing a wide range of production extruders, variating from a small 20 kg/ hr. lab extrusion line to a COEX 132 6-cxored 1.500 kg/ hr. extrusion production line, Extrufood enable production of confectionery with a unique shapes.

In keeping with the latest health trends, a revolutionary variety of 100% fruit snacks can be made on the Extrufood cooking and forming extruders and the cooking process ensures customers to produce a broad spectrum of tasty and healthy products.

Developments for the new year are looking strong for Extrufood. They are set to attend Interpack next year with an 80 m2 section to exhibit their lab extruder as well as many of their well proven and most popular products for the confectionery

In addition, Extrufood have an exciting television program announcement. Dutch TV Channel, RTL-Z, will air a special feature on the extrusion company in a program called ‘How it’s Done’ – a series of documentaries, showing innovating Dutch companies making unique products. The show tells stories about developments, innovations and opportunities in a range of sectors.

Extrufood’s TV item will show an interview with Managing Director, Martijn Hillenius, a tour of their factory and a running lab line in their technology centre, showing the making of an extruded fruit liquorice product.
