t next year’s Interpack, the team at Caotech will be pleased to discuss and demonstrate the latest developments on cocoa, chocolate and compound processing. Drawing upon years of expertise in conjunction with LWV H[WHQVLYH ˋHOG H[SHULHQFH the company launched a number of developments in the form of cocoa, chocolate and compound applications in recent years. Caotech manufactures machines of varying sizes and capabilities and covers several installations, varying from a small lab size ball mill type CAO B5 + lab conche CWC 5, the well-known CAO B3000 batch installation and

the CAO 4000 as a component in a continuous production line for both cocoa and chocolate to complete turnkey projects. This continuous system can be used for these heat sensitive PDVVHV LW KDV D FRQË‹JXUDWLRQ using a horizontal mixer, (watercooled) grinding shaft, grinding tank, grinding media and tube heat exchangers. On show at Interpack 2021, will be the CAO 4000-CHOC In-Line, PG 6000 beater blade mill for the pregrinding of cocoa nibs, a CAO B3000 IRU PL[LQJ UHˋQLQJ FRPSRXQG chocolate and a newly developed EDOO PLOO UHˋQHU /DE DQG SLORW equipment will also be on display for visitors to have a look at.
