Westward Drawn by De Gillet Cox explores the wildlife of North America through flowing line and mineral colour. Bison, moose, bear, wolf and the smaller creatures of forest and prairie are traced in expressive contour, echoing the movement of wind across grasslands and rivers through the wild. Turquoise, sunstone and deep mineral tones bring warmth and luminosity to the drawings, creating a palette that feels both natural and contemporary.
