FROM LANCE The Real Estate Market is always changing and one thing I have learned over the years is that you must change with it or get left behind. I was very fortunate that in my college days I was exposed to an overwhelming theme that one of the most important skills you could acquire was to become a LIFELONG LEARNER. This quarter we spent quite a bit of time working on a new partnership with Zillow. We recently became one of their preferred partners in the area for their flex program which allows us to serve more of their customers through the home buying process. It also gave us an opportunity to access some of their showcase tools that only 10% of the market has available to them. It was a hard business decision and not a cheap one (these things cost money) but at the end of the day we felt like it better served our customer base. We are already seeing the partnership pay dividends and open new opportunities we did not have before. We have made a significant decision with our quarterly magazine and we are currently re-building and re-branding it as well. We think the updates and the information are very valuable to our customers and past clients, we just think we can deliver the quarterly in a better format with upgraded tech, video, etc. Please stay tuned as the 3rd quarter format will be slightly different!
