In 2007, Polly Hall of Granby, Connecticut donated over 60 quilts to the Salmon Brook Historical Society of Granby. Her goal was to inspire and educate others in the art of quiltmaking and it's history.
From the time she donated to her death six years later at the age of 96, Polly Hall participated in events at the Salmon Brook Historical Society that shared her quilt collection with the public.
The photos collected here provide a glimpse into the events and honor in a small way the woman affectionately known as Granby's Quilt Lady.
