Improv (21+)

In our adult improv class, taught by Nicky Spin, you’ll learn essential skills such as active listening, acceptance, and teamwork. Through fun games and exercises, you’ll explore the comedic potential of unique characters and dynamic relationships. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned improviser, these classes provide a safe and inclusive environment to hone your skills and create honest, entertaining scenes on stage.

Ball Hockey TUESDAYS

Ball hockey is a fun and exciting way to learn the basics of hockey without the need for ice or skates. Kids will practice skills such as stickhandling, passing, shooting, and teamwork. Play games and scrimmages Suitable for kids of any age and skill level who want to enjoy the sport of hockey in a safe and inclusive environment.

The Art of Color (5+)

Taught by the wonderful Jess Tomaino, this class will embrace color and their histories in monochromatic and complimentary projects using a variety of art materials like paint, collage media, ink, etc. Pigments have fascinating origins and influence us in many ways from emotion recognition to marketing campaigns today. Students of every skill level will find this class fun!

Musical Theatre (5-14)

Join our Musical Theatre class and learn how to sing, dance, and act! You will work on scenes and songs from musicals, and learn the in’s & out’s of musical theatre! This class is for kids aged 5 - 14 who love musical theatre and want to have fun and shine on stage!

Essentially Oils DIY (21+)

Make your own personal and home products using essential oils! Roller bottles, sugar scrubs, room sprays, and more. Learn about the potential benefits of these products and take them home with you! This soothing class is great for anyone looking for some weekly relaxation.

My Special Person & Me Music (3-5)

A fun and interactive class for kids aged 3-5 and their parent or caregiver. This class offers a fun and welcoming environment for grownups and children to explore their voices and music through connection, song, chants, movement, and instruments. Taught by Connie Allison.

This class provides an opportunity for students to be involved in active music making! It will include various musical styles, movement, composition, and performance! Taught by Connie Allison.

Fashion, Art, & Entertainment (8-12)

Explore the industry, branding, & basics of fashion, art, & entertainment. Create vision boards, plan skits and shows, and perform all while receiving mentorship and talent development. This will be a fun and empowering class for 4th - 8th grade students!

Explore business building, branding, & basics. Create a business, learn professionalism, & create connections in the community. Learn budgeting, marketing, funding, & much more in this empowering class!

Stallion Soccer (11-14)

Our Stallion Division is structured to offer both game play and practice sessions each week, giving children the opportunity to learn, develop, and hone their soccer skills while also understanding the spirit of teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline. Located in the Arena & Annex.

Leadership in Community (12-17)

Learn the importance of leadership and community activism! In this crash course on model-citizenship, you’ll learn community roles through games & skits, along with meaningful discussions. Build initiatives to generate positive changes in the community, get involved, and much more in this course for 12-17 year old individuals.

Mixology (21+)

Led by Jim Papapanu, learn how to craft delicious cocktails with our mixology class for adults You will discover the secrets of mixing, shaking, and stirring drinks like a pro Whether you want to impress your friends, spice up your date night, or just have fun, this four week class is for you. If you missed our previous session, don’t worry! We’ll cover all the same material. Cheers!

Creative Art (3-5)

Give your little one a fun and supportive outlet for their creativity! Through various hands-on artistic methods, your child will not only encourage creativity, but they’ll also improve their motor skills, social skills, and have fun doing it! Taught by Jess Tomaino

NFL Flag Football (5-14)

Our NFL Flag Football program is structured to offer both game play and practice sessions each week, giving children the opportunity to learn, develop, and hone their football skills while also understanding the spirit of teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline. Located in the Arena & Annex. Jason Quinones will be your instructor. Includes NFL Flag Football Jersey.

Volleyball (5-14)

Our volleyball clinic covers the skills, rules, and strategies of the sport that a Lockportian invented! Passing, setting, attacking, and positioning are some of the skills we develop in young athletes. This fun and engaging clinic can foster a love for this great sport!

This 8-week program is for young children who love to explore, create, and play. It uses stories, music, movement, games, and more to foster imagination, physical and social skills, and a joy for learning in a supportive environment.

Disc Golf (7-14)

Learn all about the amazing sport of Disc Golf! Disc Golf is a perfect activity for all ages that can follow you all throughout your life. It’s easier to learn than regular golf, much more affordable, and just as fun (if not more)! Taught by Austin Hinton, you’ll learn the rules of the game, the basics of putting, throwing, backhands, forehands, and grow a love for this growing sport!

Bite-Sized Sports (3-4 & 5-6)

Bite Sized Sports is a fun and interactive class for kids who want to explore different sports and games. Each week our program introduces a new sport, providing a fantastic opportunity for families to learn, play, and grow together. Bite Sized Sports is a great way to introduce kids to the world of sports and encourage them to stay active and healthy. Parent/guardian attendance is required.
