Musical Theatre: Lion King Kids (8-11)
Tuesdays & Thursdays
rehearsal/class environment supports growth through positive encouragement, healthy challenges, and an emphasis on effort. The semester culminates in stage performances for friends & family (performances on 11/22 at 6PM and on 11/23 at 1PM and 6PM).
Unlock the stage world by rehearsing and performing in Lion King Kids! Students in this class will work as an ensemble to tell the tale of Simba, Mufasa, Nala, and the evil Scar. Musical Theatre: Legally Blonde Jr. (12-18)

Oh my god you guys! You know the characters, the plot, and the catchy music… it’s time to get in the show. Over 8 weeks, our Teen Musical Theatre class will mount Legally Blonde, Jr. Our real-world classroom puts vocal technique, dance/movement training, and acting methods front and center as we bring Elle, Warren, Vivienne, Emmet,
and the girls of Delta Nu to life onstage. The hard work pays off with performances for friends & family at the end (performances on 11/22 at 7:30PM and 11/23 at 2:30PM and 7:30PM)

Creative Art (3-5)
Give your little one a fun and supportive outlet for their creativity! Through various hands-on artistic methods, your child will not only encourage creativity, but they’ll also improve their motor skills, social skills, and have fun doing it! Taught by Jess Tomaino.

Explore Painting (8+)
This course, taught by the wonderful Jess Tomaino, teaches painting basics, such as materials, brushes, underpainting, and value scales No drawing skill needed. Have fun, flex those creative muscles, and make masterpieces!

Led by Jim Papapanu, learn how to craft delicious cocktails with our mixology class for adults. You will discover the secrets of mixing, shaking, and stirring drinks like a pro. By integrating golf with character-building, we help kids discover their inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience. Our trained coaches introduce junior golf, enhance skills, and create a supportive environment to prepare children for life, including friendships, school, and careers

Bite-Sized Sports (3-4)
Bite Sized Sports is a fun and interactive class for kids who want to explore different sports and games. Each week our program introduces a new sport, providing a fantastic opportunity for families to learn, play, and grow together. Bite Sized Sports is a great way to introduce kids to the world of sports and encourage them to stay active and healthy. Baseball (7-13)
This 8-week program is for anyone who wants to learn or improve their baseball skills, from the fundamentals to the advanced techniques. Participants will practice throwing, catching, batting, base running, and strategy, while also developing a love for the game and a sense of teamwork and sportsmanship. Bring a bat and glove!

S.T.E.A.M. (To be announced)
This engaging program introduces children to the exciting worlds of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math through hands-on activities and creative projects. Kids will explore concepts like coding, robotics, and design, fostering curiosity and problem-solving skills in a fun and interactive environment. Perfect for young innovators!

Golden ACRES is a branch of ACRES that will specifically serve older adults (55+) with programming that benefits their physical, mental, and social health. These programs will be offered at least twice per month on Wednesdays, and thanks to a generous grant from the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York, they will be completely free of charge. Sessions will last 75 minutes and include artistic endeavors, continued education, physical engagement, and a walking club during the winter!
Golden ACRES classes will be posted online on our website by August 19, 2024.
