IT'S WHAT WE DO! The staff at Shoal Creek Golf Course would like to thank you for taking a moment to look over the information in our Tournament Guide. This is our personal invitation for your group to tour our facility and sit with our experienced tournament staff to put your tournament worries to rest.

Shoal Creek Golf Course, which opened in the fall of 2001, has become one of the most talked about daily fee golf facilities in the Kansas City area. This 6,983 yard par 71 offers a truly unique golfing experience for players of varying skill levels. This extraordinary design features breathtaking elevation changes and expansive landing areas that meander through some of the most picturesque terrain in the Northland. Shoal Creek Golf Course always has excellent course conditions and first class service.

We have been recognized nationally for the following: Ranked #2 Public Golf Course in the entire state of Missouri by Golf Week’s America’s Best 2006 – 2017 4-Star Rated by Golf Digest ‘Best Places to Play’ 2004 – 2017 Rated 5 – Stars in the KC Metro area by Tee Times Golf Guide 2005 – 2017 We have also hosted major KC area events: Host site of the Kansas City Amateur 2006 – 2008 & 2010 - 2016 Host site for the following golf tournaments: Kansas City Police Department, Trent Green / Ronald McDonald House, HyVee, BuckO'Neil, Kansas City International Airport and Argosy Casino. (These are just a few of the tournaments that we host every year).

ALL TOURNAMENT PACKAGES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING *Green Fees and Cart with Visage GPS Yardage System *$10/golfer Pro Shop minimum *$10/golfer Food and Beverage Credit minimum *Use of the Driving Range for your guests prior to the event • Pyramids of Balls will be set before players arrive • 25 hitting stations *Carts staged for all players • Personalized scorecards will be placed on carts • Cart tags will be placed on steering wheel *Professional Bag Drop Service • Our staff will take golfers bag and place it on their cart • Our staff will inform your golfers with the location of their assigned cart, as well as the location registration area, driving range, and putting clock *Registration Area • Skirted Registration Tables • Alphabetical Player list • Hole assignment list *Assist with putting up sponsor signage around clubhouse and on course. *Escorted valet service to golfers’ starting hole. *Public Address system is available before and at the completion of your event. *Hole contest setup is available. * Beverage Carts will be available on the course for the duration of your event if the number of golfers playing in your event is over a headcount of 40.

Scoring Needs • Shoal Creek’s professional staff will score your event and post all final results.

• The professional staff will pick up all hole contest markers.

Tournament Buffet $15 pp Burgers, Brats, Hot Dog or Grilled Chicken Breast served with all of the fixings. Side item choices are Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Sweet Corn or Chips.

FYI SPEED OF PLAY: THE REQUIRED PACE OF PLAY ON THE GOLF COURSE IS A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES PER HOLE. (I.E. 4 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES TO COMPLETE 18 HOLES). IF YOUR EVENT FALLS BEHIND PACE, SOME OR ALL OF YOUR GROUPS WILL BE REQUESTED TO MOVE TO THE NEXT HOLE. FOR EACH ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES AFTER THE 4 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES HAS PASSED, THERE WILL BE A FEE OF $250.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES ADDED TO THE FINAL BILL. (THIS IS WEATHER PERMITTING, BUT SINCE WE HAVE OTHER EVENTS PLANNED, WE ASK THAT YOU FORMAT YOUR TOURNAMENT RULES BASED ON CURRENT CONDITIONS. SCORING: ALL SCORECARDS MUST BE TURNED INTO THE PRO SHOP 30 MINUTES AFTER THE FIRST GROUP FINISHES THEIR 18 HOLES. THE PRO SHOP WILL SEND NOTIFICATION OUT TO ALL REMAINING GOLF CARTS TO LET THEM KNOW THEY HAVE 30 MINUTES TO TURN IN THEIR SCORECARDS. AFTER 30 MINUTES, ALL REMAINING SCORECARDS THAT ARE NOT TURNED IN WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE SCORING SYSTEM.
