Keltbray recognises the impact our operations have on people and the planet.
Our sustainability strategy sets out how our actions and priorities align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the three pillars of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework.
Sustainability is not something that is separate from but rather runs through everything we do. From the people we support, the businesses we sustain, the communities we meet, the industry in which we thrive and the planet we live on. Sustainability is therefore an integral part of our overall business strategy, with our management processes and procedures reflecting commitment to responsible and sustainable delivery.
Those actions reflect our priorities.
Our Priorities
1. Further develop and implement our roadmap for decarbonisation of our operations across Scopes 1, 2 and 3.
2. Develop and implement a sustainability education plan, to build capability across our workforce and supply chain.
3. Increase industry engagement and participation ‘redefining sustainable development’ and promote our engineering excellence.
4. Maximise our community impact by delivering on our promise to consult, improve and leave a positive legacy in the communities in which we work.
5. Develop an agile and sustainable supply chain capable of supporting our ongoing growth and customer requirements.
