Compliance, Culture & Safety

The PoSH Act (2013) requires Indian organizations to have a policy once team size reaches ten employees. It's not optional4it's the law.
Despite legal requirements, many employers still lag in awareness and proper implementation of comprehensive policies.
True workplace safety goes beyond ticking boxes. It's about creating an inclusive, respectful environment where every person can flourish and thrive.

Your policy must comprehensively cover employees, contractors, interns, vendors, and guests. No one should fall outside the protection umbrella.
