Brett Kelly When I began my career in 1993, I learned that if you want to achieve your goals, you have to help other people achieve their goals. Over the years, I’ve been very privileged to meet and work with some of the best people and clients in any industry in Australia. In March 2006 my mate Scott Elwin asked me to help him start an accounting firm on the Central Coast. Shortly after in June 2006, I started a firm that would become Kelly+Partners with the encouragement and blessing of my wife, Rebecca. We made it our mission to help Private Business Owners be better off by creating a system for financial progress that would allow them to achieve their goals and lead the lifestyle they want. Why Private Business Owners? Because they collectively employ 70% of all Australians, contributing to the growth of our society, employment and GDP! Running a business takes a lot of guts, intelligence and determination. It’s an incredibly worthwhile and admirable endeavour. It’s the reason why we’ve built our focus, expertise, and unique financial system on making Private Business Owners better organised, helping them create a plan for their life and business, and giving them the confidence and ambition to be at their best. A business can only grow as fast as the people growing with it. Our progress is the result of bringing together a group of Partners and Team Members who live and embody our values: 1. We want the best for others 2. One Team, One Way 3. We do what we say To say things have gone well is an understatement. The growth that we have achieved over the last fifteen years is because of the tremendous trust of our clients, the commitment of our people and the support of the wonderful communities we work within. I would like to thank every person who has been involved in helping make Kelly+Partners what it is today - from our Team Members and Partners, to our Clients and their families and employees. The combined time, energy, talent and effort that has gone into building this business is truly incredible.
