PRODUCTION TIME
Allow 6-8 business days production time. Production time during the holiday season may increase, but should not exceed 12 business days. A Rush Fee of $16 per 4 items will guarantee 2 business days production time (increases in Nov/Dec).
SHIPPING TIME
Average ground shipping time is 2-3 business days.

CARE OF PRODUCTS
All of our products are handmade in the USA. Small imperfections reflect the handmade nature of our process. Never use harsh or abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or scouring pads as they can damage the high gloss finish. Do not use serrated knives or other sharp utensils as they can cause scratches. Your dinner is dishwasher safe, however repeated dishwashing or harsh detergents may cause darker colors to fade. To ensure longest life for colors, hand wash and dry when possible.
